The 2010 Achieving the Dream Strategy Institute took place in Charlotte, North Carolina, February 2 – 5, 2010. Nearly 900 colleagues representing 102 institutions, 22 states, 7 national partners and more than 20 funders along with several special guests and speakers participated. The Strategy Institute focused on four main goals:

• To reflect on and share lessons from experiences with Achieving the Dream
• To deepen understanding about ways to increase student success
• To increase capacity for data analysis, program evaluation, and data-driven decision making focused on student success
• To continue to build the community of learners in Achieving the Dream

We continue the theme of "Equity and Excellence." The Institute will feature a variety of workshops and presentations addressing issues of equity and student success in higher education.
