The "Field Guide for Improving Student Success" is Achieving the Dream’s most comprehensive overview of the initiative’s framework for helping more students finish the courses they start, persist from one term to the next, and earn a certificate or associate degree. It includes examples of what Achieving the Dream institutions have done to become more effective institutions, and is designed to help ATD college leaders spread understanding of the initiative on campus and give prospective colleges and funders an in-depth understanding of how we work to change college policies and practices in ways that improve student success on a substantial scale.
