Terrie Teegarden has taught mathematics at San Diego Mesa College for the last 18 years. She has been involved in alternate curricula for beginning and intermediate algebra, including the Interactive Math Project and the applied math CORD materials. She enjoys learning interactive teaching methods, group work, and technology. Terrie is a co-director of the Pathways through Algebra project in California. She has served as a California delegate to the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges. She received her B.S. from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and her MAT from San Diego State University.
