Computer Requirements

The E-Stats tool requires that you have a Java enabled browser - Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Netscape 4.7+ - installed on your computer. The website will check to see if you have the necessary software loaded on your computer. You may need to contact your system administrator to load this software or enable Java scripting on your computer.
