“A primary aim of Pellissippi State faculty and staff is to help students understand what is necessary for success in college and in life. The entire college community strives to create for students an atmosphere of encouragement and challenge while making the student’s transition from high school to Pellissippi State and then on to a four-year institution or into the workforce as smooth as possible. We embrace the opportunity to participate in Achieving the Dream and believe that this partnership will allow us to become more intentional and effective in working with all the students we serve.”–Dr. Anthony Wise, president, Pellissippi State Community College
