Student Navigation Pathways

Richland College is developing a set of well-defined student pathways to improve student milestone completion.  They have identified and defined six key pathways with concise user-friendly degree plans, a first-year schedule for first-time-in-college (FTIC) students and consistent messaging for FTIC students.  Advisors have defined case management including varying levels of case management for each pathway.  Customer service expectations have been identified and professional development is being deployed.  This approach is expected to improve student success and completion rates.
