Accounts Receivable Program to Decrease Student Leavers

EPCC's Accounts Receivables (AR) Program to Decrease Student Leavers is one of the 4DX teams working towards increasing student graduation/completion rates.  One of the Wildly Important Goals (WIG) of the College was to increase graduation rates by 3% by the end of the academic year.  They committed to contacting and assisting students in removing business holds with small balances from 5 years back, the AR team contacted students and assisted them in overcoming obstacles to remove balances and return to the College.

Each team member contacted a list of students and met weekly to report their results.  Preliminary results indicated that of the 2000 students contacted, 698 took care of their account balances and returned to the College.   They exceed their goal of having 3% of the 22,000 leavers return to the College.
