Student Success Requires Broad Faculty and Staff Engagement

Achieving the Dream Colleges are asked to tackle two of the toughest, though most common, community college reform challenges: engaging full-time and adjunct faculty in student success efforts and eliminating silos between academic departments and student services. In this presentation, participants will consider how colleges in the Achieving the Dream Network are working to re-think the role of faculty and staff in the larger student success reform movement through broad and substantive faculty and staff engagement strategies, social media, and courageous conversations.
