Dr. Chris Hill is a higher education coach whose recent work focuses on assisting colleges with the design and implementation of guided pathways, and the use of data for improving student success and achieving equitable outcomes. She has served as a coach for Achieving the Dream, California Guided Pathways, AACC Pathways 2.0, and Leading from the Middle.
