Erin Slater is the administrative operations specialist for Achieving the Dream, providing support across the operations team. Erin most recently worked with Johns Hopkins University, where she served for nearly 17 years in progressively responsible roles, most recently as an executive assistant in the division of Development and Alumni Relations. She brings a wealth of experience in administrative operations and professional communication. Erin earned both her BA (psychological and brain sciences) and MA (creative writing) from Johns Hopkins. An avid reader and writer and a trained vocalist, Erin grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Southwestern U.S.
